Multi-Generational Wellness Center.

This innovative project is designed to provide elder living and a preschool under one roof. Though they function separately and with plenty of privacy for each, combining these two functions provides powerful benefits for everyone involved. 

Our Elder ‘Group Home’ will begin simply as senior cooperative living but is being built to standards that will allow it to become an assisted living facility when needed.  Investment, from both residents and non-residents alike, is needed to make this project a reality.
