Polestar Village owns a ½ share of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal Company which provides up to 19 & 1⁄2 acre feet of water per season. This will provide an abundance of water for gardening, landscaping and lawns.

Polestar Gardens, Inc., is a registered 501(c)3 organization (Tax ID #64-0453822) dedicated to “Spirit, Community, and Lifelong Learning”. Our primary undertaking since 2020 has been the creation of Polestar Village; an intentional community, campus and residential development that will house and support our ongoing activities.
