Registration  Process

June 27th – 29th  2025, Friday dinner to Sunday lunch

Hello! So happy you are interested in joining us this summer! 
You need to do 2 things to reserve your spot:

*You need to send a $50 deposit             …and…             *You need to fill out and send us this Reservation form.

Fill out and Submit this Registration Form

Receipt of deposit will hold your spot. An invoice will be emailed to you after we receive your Deposit and Registration Form. Payment for this invoice and Final Balance will be due by June 1st.

If you have questions about anything here, please feel free to drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Don’t forget to send your deposit as well has your Registration Form 🙂

Cancellation Policy:
Your $50 Deposit is fully refundable if you wish to cancel before May 15th.  After May 15th but before June 14th it will be 50% refunded. (If you pay your full balance early, it is fully refundable if you cancel before May 15th. If you cancel after May 15th but before June 14th we will refund everything except $25 )

After June 14th we will not be able to give you a refund unless we all can find a replacement for your spot.
