About the 39th Annual Family Camp
Looking to reconnect with your Self, Nature, and Conscious Community? Join us for an unforgettable experience in the stunning Rocky Mountains, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors with a weekend of relaxation, play, and connection. Our all-inclusive package takes care of everything from meals to fun, allowing you to focus on reconnecting with yourself and those around you. 50 minutes from Fort Collins

To reserve your spot, send in a $50 deposit and submit the Registration Form. Balance will be due by Sunday, June 1st.
Bicycles are ok to bring but NO PETS Please.
This event and all Polestar’s events are drug and alcohol free.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your $50 Deposit is fully refundable if you wish to cancel before May 15th. After May 15th but before June 14th it will be 50% refunded. (If you pay your full balance early, it is fully refundable if you cancel before May 15th. If you cancel after May 15th but before June 14th we will refund everything except $25 )
After June 14th we will not be able to give you a refund unless we all can find a replacement for your spot.
Lodging Choices and Rates
• We have a range of accommodations for you to choose from: Tent Camp Sites, RV sites, Cabins with bunk beds, and rooms in The Retreat Lodge. See gallery below to help you decide.
• All prices include all meals and accommodations for 2 nights. Linens are extra ($20 for the weekend) but you can bring your own.
• No charge for children 5 years and under unless they need linens which are $20 for the weekend.
• You can also help us ensure broader access to our programs through a contribution to our Sponsorship Program. (see Registration Form for details)
The Retreat Lodge Rooms
2 twin beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 bathroom. Linens are not included. No charge for children 5 and under unless they need linens ($20)

Each cabin has 2 sides, each side has 3 bunkbeds and 1 bathroom. Linens are not included. No charge for children 5 and under unless they need linens ($20)
