Sunday evenings, 5-7pm, (held at a private residence, location shared upon registration)

Four week series includes:

- Each session includes time for practice, exploration into the hows and whys of meditation, why regularity matters, benefits, Q&A, support for your home practice, how meditation enriches every other aspect of life, how it can fit into anyone’s schedule & the power of environment and support.
