Build Your Inner Environment Polestar Retreat

Calling all peace-seekers! Recharge and renew your inner life through the gifts of silence, meditation, chanting, yoga and journaling. This retreat is designed to hold space for deep spiritual practice and a reset as we enter the Holy Season.
For those who like it long, an early bird meditation will start at 7AM. Otherwise, please join at 8AM for some light stretching and energization to start off a group meditation.
If you are somewhat new to spiritual practices and being on retreat, don’t be dismayed; all you need is a little curiosity and the intention to open to what is already inside you.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and anything you may need for comfort (meditation cushion, blanket, etc.) We hope you can come!
