There is one single family residence on the Village Green and it will be part of the Tenants in Common (TIC) ownership group. We see this home having the potential to serve as our ‘phase one’ common building. In the early years of construction, it would give us a place to gather, meditate, dine, and also have room for guests and office space. Because of the community uses it will serve, this unit is not available for reservation. (Though I suppose you could make an offer!)

Our primary undertaking since 2020 has been the creation of Polestar Village; an intentional community, campus and residential development that will house and support our ongoing activities.
